• Comprehensive Evaluations: Each appraisal comes with an itemized list of your items, categorized as Kevin sees fit unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Assistance and Advice: We offer guidance on sorting, processing, and storing your collection or investments, along with the necessary supplies to keep your collection organized.

Our Appraisal Service

• Complimentary In-Store Verbal Consultations: For those with individual pieces or smaller collections (generally 20 coins or fewer), we extend the offer of complimentary verbal consultations. Conducted in-store by our experienced staff, these consultations provide a preliminary valuation of your coins. These consultations are done at our staff discretion and a fee may apply for larger collections.

• In-Store Appraisals: For a more comprehensive analysis of your collection, we offer in-depth in-store appraisals. Priced at $250 per hour, calculated to the nearest quarter-hour with a minimum half-hour charge, this service provides a meticulous evaluation of your collection. As a bonus, if you choose to sell more than 60% of your collection to us at the time of the appraisal, we'll waive the fee.

• Out-of-Store Appraisals: If you're unable to visit our store, we offer out-of-store appraisals at the discretion of the owner. The fees for this service are determined based on the collection and are waived if more than 60% of your collection is sold to us at the time of the appraisal.

• Coin Grading: In addition to our appraisal services, we offer professional coin grading, typically conducted by Kevin. If a coin warrants a third-party opinion, we can facilitate third-party grading at Tier-One grading services, including NGC, PCGS, and ANACS. This service incurs a fee of the actual grading cost, S/H, insurance, and a $10 fee per coin. For larger quantities of coins, a custom rate may be assessed.

• Comprehensive Collection Services: Beyond appraisals, we offer assistance and advice in sorting, processing, and storing your collection or investments. We can provide the necessary supplies to keep your collection organized and well-preserved.

Scheduling an Appointment

To ensure we provide the best service possible, we ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment for in-store or on-site appraisals. Please note that we do not conduct appraisals or consultations within 30 minutes of store closing, except at the discretion of our staff.
